arpeggio  [ ahr · PEJ · ee · oh ]  noun:

in music, the sounding of the notes of a chord in rapid succession instead of simultaneously.

To play or sing an arpeggio, the musician must sound each element of the chord one at a time, so every note is

heard individually.  All humans play important roles within our social circles, work communities and in society.

Each of these roles is equally valuable individually, while providing a unique contribution to the world around us.

Founded in 2012 by Elizabeth Eldridge, Arpeggio Health Services has grown into one of Canada's most well-known, trusted and respected mental health training companies.  With a reputation for delivering highly enjoyable education sessions with professionalism and ease, we break down the barriers around talking about mental health and offer participants an open, safe space in which real, practical learning can take place.  If your organization is considering bringing mental health education to your team, you can count on us.
