How are mental health and psychological safety impacting your organization? If you're not sure, this is just the training for you! Serving as a perfect introduction to mental health in the workplace, participants will gain insight into the multifacted effects of kicking the taboo of mental health to the curb and fostering a culture that prioritizes wellness, support and authenticity. Talking about mental health doesn't have to feel uncomfortable and each and every one of us possesses the ability to help a person who's struggling connect with appropriate support. Proactive approaches to wellness at work will also be explored. This session is well-suited to organizations who are in the earlier stages on their psychological health and safety journey, and/or considering implementing new employee mental health initiatives. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Please consider the following before registering as we are unable to refund registration fees in the event a participant is not equipped with the appropriate technology to complete this virtual session.
- Participants must have access to a desktop or mobile device equipped with the Zoom platform

- It is strongly recommended that participants have access to a working camera and mic during the session in order to participate fully
